How long does an inspection take?
An inspection can take from 2-4 hours, depending on the size of the home and the services requested.
Do I need to be there for the whole inspection?
Some clients prefer to be present for the inspection, while others prefer to meet at the end of the inspection to review the results. Meeting at the end of the inspection is often preferable, as the client can avoid the time-consuming portion of checking all the systems, while getting the benefit of an extensive review of the results.

What kind of report do I get at the end of the inspection?
The State of Texas requires that all home inspection reports be provided on Form REI-7A. Armadillo Inspection has taken this report and added several inspection items and detailed sections to make this report more easy to follow and to provide more information for our clients. Armadillo Inspection also inserts photos of any issues we discover during our inspection to make it easy for our clients to follow.
